About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior NetSuite Administrator to join our team. This individual will work closely with internal stakeholders and the NetSuite Administration Team to resolve NetSuite cases and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the ERP Team to address NetSuite requests and issues in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot problems and provide ongoing support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration.
  • Identify business requirements, design functional processes, prototype in sandbox, create process designs (including scenario design, flow mapping), test, train, and define support for the NetSuite system.
  • Provide NetSuite consulting expertise utilizing industry experience, business analysis, best practices, and logic to facilitate requirements.
  • Develop detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes.
  • Support other departments as required.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience implementing and supporting NetSuite features such as OneWorld, Service Resource Planning, Advanced Projects, Fixed Assets Management, Advanced Financials, Reports & Saved Searches.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel is a plus.
  • Ability to work across all teams and interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to think outside the box and complete tasks under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to assume a permanent EMEA schedule.
  • Graduate of BS Accounting, CPA is a plus.
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus but not required.
