Our organization is seeking a skilled Staff Accountant to join its team. As a critical member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for preparing journal entries, monthly and year-end closings, bank reconciliation, fixed asset maintenance, and general ledger reconciliation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is required, along with 3+ years of recent and relevant accounting experience.

You will work closely with the team to implement and manage workflows and the closing process. Your responsibilities will include performing sales reporting and analysis, recording and monitoring cash collections, account reconciliations and analysis, and preparing clear and concise workpapers and analysis.
