Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • To develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms to grow reach and engagement.
  • To plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with our brand voice and campaign goals.
  • To monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights.
  • To stay up-to-date on trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.
  • To collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid ads, and influencer partnerships.
  • To engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.
  • To support email and digital marketing initiatives with social-first content ideas.
Key Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Familiarity with paid ads, influencer outreach, or SEO is a plus.
  • Highly organized, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
