A key role in our organization is available for a highly skilled and dedicated Mandarin Language Customer Support Specialist. As a vital member of our customer support team, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service to our clients across the globe.Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing a wide range of inquiries and issues related to our products.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer needs, ensuring a median first response time of less than one minute, issue resolution time of fewer than 24 hours, and a CSAT score of 95% or higher.
  • Escalate complex issues to colleagues and the engineering team as necessary, demonstrating sound judgment in distinguishing between user errors, poor training, product defects, and feature requests.
  • Consistently maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Proactively check-in with clients until their concerns are fully addressed.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or equivalent role.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, both verbally and written, with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with global colleagues and customers.
  • Phone support experience and proficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools.
  • Ability to work within the US time zone and willingness to attend occasional in-person meetings.
  • A high-speed and stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps).
