About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a senior software engineer to join our team and work with a wide range of clients, utilizing technologies such as React and Gatsby.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing front-end using React and Gatsby or another React framework (e.g. Next.js)
  • Writing readable, maintainable code for clients with minimal technical oversight
  • Managing facets of projects like quality, performance, and security
  • Collaborating directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicating with colleagues about task status, availability, and questions about technology
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience within the software industry
  • 3+ years of experience as a front-end developer with React
  • 2+ years of experience with Gatsby, Next, or similar React frameworks
  • Familiarity with automated unit testing
  • Experience working in a distributed, agile environment planning and executing on projects using Agile methodologies
  • Confidence with the use of Git for version control
  • Experience with AWS or GCP, loosely in a DevOps capacity is a plus
  • Experience developing continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment pipelines
Nice to Have:
  • Professional experience with Drupal 8+, PHP, and Composer, Pantheon/Acquia, relational databases, and working in a full-stack capacity is a big plus
