Job Description:

The Offshore Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top-tier candidates for various roles at MCG Talent. This position requires a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and the ability to adapt to different cultural nuances while collaborating remotely with hiring managers across various time zones.

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates by utilizing various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking, etc.).
  • Conduct initial interviews, assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit, and present the top candidates to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across time zones, ensuring a seamless recruitment process for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for offshore roles in multiple industries (IT, Commercial/Sales).
  2. Collaborating with hiring managers and department heads to understand specific job requirements and create tailored recruitment plans.
  3. Creating and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top offshore talent.
  4. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in offshore recruitment, labor markets, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on offshore or international recruitment (at least 5 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of offshore staffing markets and understanding of global recruitment challenges.
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers remotely.
