We are seeking a skilled Freelance English Subtitle Editor to create subtitles for English videos. This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working independently and have a passion for language and culture.

  • Job Description:
  • Create subtitles or English template for English videos, ensuring that the content is accurate and of high quality.
  • Full quality check for subtitle language mistakes, technical errors, and other issues, including simple reformatting/offsetting of timecodes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of written English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent listening skills, with the ability to decipher spoken English in various slang and/or accents.
  • Familiarity with various TV series, movies, and cultures would be advantageous.
  • Positive, can-do spirit, proactive, result-driven, and resourceful, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn new things and take on new challenges, with a strong desire to grow and develop as a professional.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and within limited time constraints.
