Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Manpower Core Group Inc. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing 1st line technical support to end users.

You will log and classify incidents and requests raised by the customer via various channels, including telephone, email, and ServiceNow chat function. Your tasks will include recording calls from customers, dealing directly with requests and complaints, and escalating problems in accordance with established procedures.

You will also troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft desktop operating systems, support new starter and leaver processes, and demonstrate your ability to switch focus between activities to deal with competing demands/call volume.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st line technical support to end users
  • Log and classify incidents and requests
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft desktop operating systems

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent English communication skills and experience of administering and troubleshooting the following:

  • Active Directory
