Job Title: Knowledge Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Knowledge Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in managing and disseminating knowledge across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communications plans, leading campaigns, and creating high-quality content that engages audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Communications & Editorial: Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies, manage content workflows, and ensure timely delivery of materials across digital and print formats.
  • Campaigns & Events Support: Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute events, create engaging content, and drive audience participation.
  • Content & Asset Management: Oversee the development, maintenance, and dissemination of knowledge assets, including multimedia content and editorial calendars.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in content planning, social media, and editorial workflows.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a remote team environment.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), digital asset management, and light-touch design tools.
  • Experience working in international settings, preferably in Asia.
