Project Development Officer – Civil Engineer


Job Overview

The Project Development Officer - Civil Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to the project team in the development of wind farm projects. This includes involvement in civil works, logistics, and health, safety, and environment activities as required by the project assignment.


Main Responsibilities:
  1. Support the project team in all stages of project development by providing relevant technical expertise.
  2. Prepare or review technical documents, presentations, reports, material studies, or other project-related documents.
  3. Manage key project deliverables in coordination with local and international project teams.
  4. Ensure the successful delivery of assigned technical services in accordance with workstream standards and protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with a Civil Engineer license.
  • Proficiency in key software, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Google Earth, GIS, STAAD or ETABS.
  • Certified Safety Officer 2 under DOLE-OSHC or a DOLE-accredited Training Center; higher certification is preferred but not required.
