Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning:
    • Develop detailed Project Plans and ensure Project Charters are accepted with relevant project plans.
  2. Project Timelines:
    • Ensure Project schedules are created, monitored, and controlled.
    • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
    • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  3. Project Standardization:
    • Ensure end-to-end Project standardization is developed and implemented.
    • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
    • Ensure all data is updated in systems.
    • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
    • Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
  4. Project Resource Management:
    • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
  5. Project Stakeholder Management:
    • Attend weekly internal and external meetings leading the presentation on regional project progress.
    • Coordinate and establish relationships with internal resources and third parties/vendors/customers for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
  6. SLA vs LD Control:
    • Monitor and control LD vs SLA at the regional level.
  7. Standardization and Centralization of all Project Reporting:
    • Weekly centralize reporting and provide a dashboard to the national PMO manager for overall payment/site delivery progress on BTS/Colo.
  8. Risk Assessment / Control and Change Control:
    • Conduct weekly risk assessments on SLA/LD - critical issues escalated to customers.
    • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
    • Report and escalate to the national PMO manager as needed.
