Senior Accountant Position

Join us in our pursuit of delivering exceptional accounting services to our clients. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in managing our team's workflow, ensuring timely delivery of services and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and onboard new clients, ensuring seamless transitions and efficient service delivery.
  • Supervise accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals and deliver high-quality work.
  • Monitor financial reports, identify errors, and implement corrective measures.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, resolving issues and addressing concerns.
  • Collaborate with other managers to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-7 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proven supervisory experience, including leading teams and overseeing operations.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Dear, XERO).
  • Advanced Excel skills and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
