Job Title: E-commerce Order Specialist

The role entails overseeing customer interactions, processing orders and maintaining accurate data entry within e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve order issues, process refunds and provide support via chat, email and phone.
  • Enter, update and verify orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Maintain stock accuracy, update inventory levels and synchronize data across platforms.
  • Process return requests, coordinate replacements and handle refund transactions efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate entry of order details, customer information and financial transactions into seller accounts.
  • Communicate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Track account performance, report discrepancies and optimize workflows.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in e-commerce order processing or similar roles.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Skills:
    • Data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Excellent customer service skills with experience in chat, email and phone support.
    • Knowledge of inventory management and order tracking systems.
    • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay and Shopify.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Google Sheets for tracking sales and reports.
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
