Architectural Design Professional

We are seeking an Architectural Designer with a strong background in rendering, construction documentation, and detailing. This role requires proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion software to create high-quality architectural designs and presentations.

You will work closely with our team to develop and implement innovative design solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

This position involves developing architectural designs and construction documentation using Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion. You will also create detailed renderings and visualizations to communicate design concepts effectively.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field and minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop architectural designs and construction documentation using Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion.
  • Create detailed renderings and visualizations to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
  • Review and refine architectural plans, elevations, and sections.
  • Produce detailed construction drawings and specifications.
  • Evaluate compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion software.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods and building systems.
  • Excellent rendering and visualization skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with sustainable design practices.
