Must have technical background in detailing. Flexible to work on extra hours when required to complete and meet deadlines. Willing to work in Camaman-an, Cagayan de Oro City.

Applicants are required to have their own laptop capable of performing 3D renderings. Job Responsibilities:Convert rough sketches into precise and comprehensive CAD drawings. Create detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by architect.

Maintain and update project documentation and drawings. Assist in the preparation of project proposals and bids. Willing to work on actual construction project.
