  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, design workflows, and implement process improvements.">
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows using n8n, ensuring efficient and reliable execution across multiple business systems.">
  • Connect and synchronize Airtable, Microsoft ecosystem tools, JIRA, Basecamp, and other SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, and automation flows.">
  • Develop and manage Power Automate flows and Power Query transformations to streamline data handling, reporting, and operational dashboards.">
  • Create and manage API integrations with project management, CRM, and communication tools to eliminate manual work.">
  • Monitor automated workflows, troubleshoot errors, and optimize performance for reliability and scalability.">

  • Proven experience with n8n workflow automation (must-have).">
  • Strong proficiency in Airtable (schemas, formulas, automations, API integration).">
  • Skilled in Power Automate and Power Query for Microsoft 365 environments.">
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON for integrations.">
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Basecamp, including automation of tasks and reporting.">
  • Bonus: Experience with Zapier, Make.com, or scripting (JavaScript/Python).">
