Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate shipment of customer products, resolving any exceptions promptly.
  • Execute end-to-end movement of customer products through our network, including imports and exports.
  • Understand and adhere to customers' standard operating procedures (SOPs), refining requirements as needed.
  • Respond to customer escalations, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of communication and organization, meeting customer expectations consistently.
  • Collaborate with operational partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment lifecycles.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Able to react quickly while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
  • Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
