Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

Design and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure that supports financial management, human resources, tax billing, and asset management solutions.

This role requires a proactive mindset, a passion for innovation, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by participating in service desk activities
  • Participate in periodic on-call duties to maintain system stability and reliability
  • Learn and implement DevOps best practices across all supported products and teams
  • Design, develop, and optimize CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with product teams
  • Enhance ERP hosting platform using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Configuration Management, and Event-Driven Infrastructure
  • Develop automation tools to streamline service deployment and improve monitoring in a large-scale distributed environment
  • Drive DevOps transformation by architecting and implementing innovative software solutions that support DevOps and Agile initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and implement efficient solutions
  • Foster a learning culture by continuously expanding expertise and sharing knowledge with colleagues
Requirements:Technical Experience:
  • Service desk experience preferred
  • Previous experience with Jira and Confluence required
  • Interest in cloud-focused DevOps, CloudOps, or software engineering in AWS
  • Experience with CI/CD, automation pipelines
  • Linux administration experience
  • Knowledge of Linux and Windows configuration tools such as Ansible, Run Deck, Chef, and Puppet
  • High availability and security design skills
  • AWS workload management experience
  • Software development experience in an object-oriented language
  • Scripting skills in Bash or Python
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience with Terraform
  • CI/CD platform experience with Harness, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
  • Monitoring and observability skills with real-time monitoring tools
  • Microservices architecture design skills
