About the Job

We're looking for a seasoned Paid Advertising Specialist to lead high-impact campaigns and drive meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Effectively manage large-scale advertising budgets to maximise ROI and minimise cost per acquisition.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimise conversion tracking to ensure accurate attribution and data-driven decision-making.
  • Perform A/B testing on paid ads to enhance ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies that focus on enhancing paid ad performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analytics and attribution modelling.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing large ad budgets on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Proven track record of driving high ROI paid campaigns.
  • Expertise in performance tracking, analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong experience with A/B testing for paid ads.
  • Solid understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies related to ads.
  • Familiarity with data attribution models and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Ability to analyse complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
