Job Description

As a Design Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of IP design engineers to deliver high-quality design solutions for water and wastewater treatment projects. Your expertise in mechanical engineering and experience in Autodesk 3D software will be essential in leading the team to achieve project objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with a minimum of 10 years of experience and at least 5 years of experience as a Design Leader. You will also have extensive experience in Manila Water or Maynilad Projects or Municipal Water projects and have completed at least 2 water or wastewater treatment plant projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of IP design engineers to produce high-quality design deliverables within project schedule and budget.
  • Lead the team in developing innovative design solutions that meet project requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
  • Registered Mechanical Engineer or Licensed Professional Engineer with expertise in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering with at least 5 years of experience as a Design Leader.
  • Extensive experience in Manila Water or Maynilad Projects or Municipal Water projects.
  • Completed at least 2 water or wastewater treatment plant projects.
