Qualifications:

  • Licensed Architect

  • 8-10 years in real estate design or engineering, with more than 3 years experience in a leadership role

  • Strong experience in residential and mixed-use projects

  • Proficient in design tools and project coordination

  • Willing to travel to project sites and has a personal vehicle
