About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join RCBC as a Relationship Manager, where you will have the chance to work closely with senior-level executives and decision-makers to drive business growth and development. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute overall account strategies for each account under coverage, maximizing overall returns from the relationship.
  2. Solicit credit-worthy accounts by identifying target markets and strategies, ensuring optimal coverage of the identified target market.
  3. Drive customized and cohesive product account plans in coordination with bank product partners, based on an evaluation and understanding of customer requirements, the organization's capabilities, industry competition, and the general business environment.
  4. Promote a cross-selling mentality by being guided by the entire suite of bank products and services when managing corporate relationships.
  5. Deliver the mandated profitability metrics and cross-sell ratios while ensuring compliance with bank credit and regulatory policy.
  6. Evaluate credit proposals and line renewals in accordance with the established specific account plans and strategies.
  7. Maintain a sound and acceptable credit quality of the loan portfolio under coverage.
  8. Develop and grow the market share of the bank for both asset and liabilities as well as expands collateral businesses generated from the relationship/s.
  9. Mentor Account Specialists on proper account administration and relationship management.
