We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented specialist to develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that support strategic decision-making across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop data visualizations using Power BI to showcase key business metrics.
  • Create and maintain KPI reports in Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and advanced formulas.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.
  • Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability.
  • Maintain and update existing reports based on evolving business needs.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI and Excel reporting tools.
  • Work closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure seamless data integration.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including KPI dashboards, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and advanced formulas and macros.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
