Operations Analyst

This is a key role within our organization that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

The Operations Analyst will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring stores are well-stocked, and coordinating daily operations. This individual will work closely with on-the-ground teams to troubleshoot operational issues, track team hours and activities, and hold team members accountable for their responsibilities and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Place accurate orders to ensure stores have the right amount of inventory in stock
  • Communicate effectively with on-the-ground teams through phone and text to coordinate daily operations
  • Troubleshoot operational issues as they arise
  • Accurately track team hours and activities
  • Hold team members accountable for their responsibilities and performance
  • Contribute to the company's mission of continuous improvement and operational efficiency
  • Check camera systems to ensure they are operational
  • Coordinate between the back office and merchandising team in the field
  • Use Slack for communication within the operations team
  • Utilize SOP software to create or update standard operating procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in mathematics is advantageous
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • At least 50 Mbps internet speed required
  • Must have a designated home office space
