About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for those looking to take their career to the next level.

This position involves assisting in project coordination, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are tracked. It also includes maintaining marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and internal documentation.

Additionally, you will support the team with data entry, reporting, and campaign performance tracking. You will also coordinate client communications and facilitate timely approvals.

Responsibilities include preparing marketing presentations, proposals, and reports. You will manage administrative tasks including invoice processing and vendor coordination.

You will organize and maintain creative assets and documentation using shared drives and project management tools. Support social media scheduling, email marketing coordination, and basic content updates.

Monitor and manage social media inboxes and Google reviews for multiple clients. Respond to DMs, comments, and online reviews professionally and in line with brand tone.

Liaise with content and creative teams to ensure timely campaign delivery. Provide support for event coordination and content shoot logistics as required.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing support, coordination, or a similar role.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms such as Monday.com.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, GBP, and TikTok.
  • Collaborative and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.
