About the Job

We are seeking a Senior Technical Advisor to join our IT infrastructure operations team at NNIT Philippines. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical consultations and support to ensure the smooth operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical consultations to stakeholders on server installation, configuration, and support.
  • Deploy and test Windows operating systems, including performance tuning, patches, and application updates.
  • Monitor systems and verify the availability and integrity of server, network, and hardware resources.
  • Review system and application logs to ensure scheduled jobs, such as system backups, are completed.
  • Create and manage system permissions and user accounts.
  • Ensure data integrity through disaster recovery plans and backups.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in providing technical consultations.
  • Expertise in server installation, configuration, and support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and deployment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
