About This Role

We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful AI Operations Specialist to support our supply partner operations. The successful candidate will play a key part in onboarding, testing, and scaling partners while ensuring seamless communication and alignment on performance goals.

This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who can effectively collaborate with internal teams to translate objectives into clear, actionable workflows. You will leverage AI tools and simple automations to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate has experience working with Google Suite, Slack, and HubSpot, as well as proficiency in using AI tools such as ChatGPT. They should also have strong written communication skills and be comfortable working autonomously.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with onboarding, testing, and scaling supply partners.
  • Support partner communications to ensure accurate setup and alignment on performance goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate goals into clear, actionable tasks and scalable processes.
  • Use AI tools to summarize calls, draft templates, and organize documentation.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and workflows to improve transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Experience in Google Suite, Slack, and HubSpot.
  • Experience with AI tools and automations.
  • High durable skills, resourceful, autonomous, proactive.
  • Understanding of Marketing and Paid Media KPIs.
