We are seeking an experienced IT Sales Administrator to join our team at Booth & Partners. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various account activities, including creating, managing, and renewing Microsoft quotes and contracts.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Microsoft products and services, along with experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools. They should also possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage various account activities, including creating, managing, and renewing Microsoft quotes and contracts
- Support CSP contract requests, including contract creation, product increases, and product decreases
- Assist customers with access to product keys, portal support, and documentation after purchasing licenses
- Handle daily customer requests on existing Microsoft contracts and respond promptly and accurately
- Coordinate with the sales team to provide information and documentation for Microsoft products and services
- Offer administrative support to Microsoft Category specialists and sales teams as needed
- Keep records and files of sales activities and transactions up-to-date
- Stay informed about the latest Microsoft products and services, as well as licensing and professional services requirements
