Strategic Financial Leader - Taxation Expertise

A forward-thinking organization seeks a seasoned tax specialist to lead its financial management strategy.

This long-term opportunity is designed for an experienced professional looking to expand their role beyond compliance and become a key advisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tax Strategy & Compliance: Develop and implement proactive tax plans to minimize liabilities, advise on entity structuring, manage all compliance, and serve as the in-house expert on IRS regulations.
  • Financial Analysis & Management: Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, conduct variance analysis, and translate complex financial data into actionable insights for strategic planning.
Requirements:
  • A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
  • At least 5+ years of extensive experience focused on U.S. taxation (planning, strategy, and compliance).
  • Proven expertise in navigating the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and IRS regulations.
  • Strong proficiency in managerial accounting, financial analysis, and budgeting.
  • Excellent English communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly.

This is not a back-office role. Your insights will directly influence business decisions.
