  • Accounting and Financial Reporting:
    • Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting.
    • Audit and analyze books with a critical eye, identifying and addressing discrepancies.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Operational Financial Oversight:
    • Create systems and processes for streamlined financial operations.
    • Supervise the creation and management of financial entities across the portfolio.
    • Collaborate with other leaders to align financial strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA/CPA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in finance leadership roles in the restaurant or franchise industry preferably in the Americas.
  • Proven track record in managing financial operations for multi-unit businesses.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Strong knowledge of capital structuring, acquisitions, due diligence, and portfolio management.
  • Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, analysis of complex financial data, and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Sage, QuickBooks, Datarails, Paylocity, and ADP.
