Job Description
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities and Equipment Admin Assistant to join our team.
  • This is a full-time position that requires at least five (05) years of experience in maintenance and repair of shipyard machines, facilities, and equipment.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate planned and unplanned preventive maintenance activities, as well as breakdown or shutdown of facilities and equipment.
  • Report to the F & E Superintendent and work closely with other teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support the development and implementation of preventive maintenance procedures for all equipment, machineries, facilities, vehicles, light & heavy equipment.
  • Assist in dry-docking operations, including docking and undocking of vessels and other dry-dock works.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • College graduate with degree in Engineering or related courses.
  • At least five (05) years of experience in maintenance and repair of shipyard machines, facilities, and equipment.
