Job Title: Training and Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Training and Recruitment Coordinator. This role is responsible for organizing and maintaining training materials, as well as managing the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including templates and videos, within Trainuel and Test Gorilla.
  • Collaborate with the training team to ensure all materials are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Assist in the creation of new training content as needed.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for training tools and software.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to gather and implement feedback on training materials.
  • Source and screen candidate resumes from various platforms and databases.
  • Respond to candidate emails and manage the recruitment email inbox.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and recruitment documentation.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Trainuel and Test Gorilla or similar training platforms.
  • Strong skills in Google Sheets and other content management tools.
  • Experience with creating and managing SOPs.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Basic knowledge of human resources and training processes is a plus.
  • Experience in recruitment, including sourcing and screening resumes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a content management or training coordination role.
  • Familiarity with additional software and tools relevant to content management and training.
  • Strong email management and coordination skills.
