About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer Lead to join our IT team, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's network infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 3+ years of experience in NOC, network monitoring, or related IT support roles.

They will also possess a strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, VPNs, etc.), hands-on experience with network management tools and monitoring systems (SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, etc.), and proficiency with network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.) and network configurations.

In this role, you will work closely with other IT teams to maintain a secure and reliable network environment and provide periodic reports on network health, incidents, and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Network Design & Implementation:
    Design and implement network architecture that meets the company's needs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  2. Network Monitoring & Maintenance:
    Regularly monitor the company's network infrastructure, identifying potential issues before they become major problems.
  3. Troubleshooting & Diagnostics:
    Utilize network management and monitoring tools to perform in-depth troubleshooting of network connectivity, latency, and bandwidth issues.
  4. Change Management:
    Collaborate with other IT teams to implement and roll out network changes or upgrades, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
