We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Visual Retail Experience Manager to join our team at Gingersnaps Philippines.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Visual Merchandising team by overseeing and facilitating various visual tasks across stores.

  • Coordinate store requests concerning the visuals department, ensure seamless execution of visual campaigns and installations, and collaborate with suppliers regarding deliveries and timetables.
  • Compile store photo reports for new campaigns and coordinate permits for store installations and setups.
  • Assist with SPD Department tasks and perform other duties/functions as assigned by the Company.
Essential Requirements

We're looking for an individual with:

  • Previous experience in a visual merchandising or coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and collaboration with various departments and external suppliers.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
