We are seeking a highly skilled Reporting and Analytics Lead to lead the implementation and operation of service performance reporting for Tenet Global Business Center, Inc. workstreams.

  • Develop and maintain service performance metrics & KPIs across the GBC, including service KPI catalogs, metric development/updates, performance reporting, dashboard management, benchmarking, and capacity planning.
  • Execute service performance & reporting activities across the GBC and the US Workstreams to ensure timeliness, quality, and accuracy of reports.
Main Responsibilities:

Lead the development & maintenance of service performance metrics & KPIs across the GBC, including service KPI catalogs, metric development/updates, performance reporting, dashboard management, benchmarking, and capacity planning.

  • Perform data quality reviews, KPI reviews, and dashboard reviews to ensure that quality and accuracy of form and substance of the reports.
  • Identify areas for service performance improvement and recommend appropriate process improvement actions to management and operations.
