We are seeking a Data and Reporting Analyst to join our in-house Data and Reporting team.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience working with Power BI, SQL and Python.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver business insights through our data platform using agile user story techniques.
  • Support the development and enhancement of our data platform by working closely with our Data Engineer.
  • Prepare and utilise data governance reporting to improve data quality throughout the business.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our stakeholders through business partnering and communication.
  • Develop and maintain our centrally managed Power BI data models, reports, dashboards and apps.
  • Manage workload from various projects simultaneously with great attention to detail.
  • Advocate for our data strategy and support the business with data literacy and technical training.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI and other tools in the Azure ecosystem.
  • Strong experience working with SQL and Python to transform, manage and analyse data.
  • Understanding of data warehousing and data management principles.
  • Strong understanding of Data Governance principles and excellent documentation skills.
  • Experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems (preferable Workday and Salesforce).
  • Experience with CI/CD and working in a source-controlled environment.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
