Senior Game Development Expert

A lead game designer plays a pivotal role in crafting exceptional gaming experiences. They collaborate with the team to ensure project goals are met, while implementing innovative designs.
This position requires a deep understanding of casual and free-to-play markets. The ideal candidate will spend time playing games, analyzing trends in the mobile space, and working closely with the design team to create new content across various projects.
- Provide constructive feedback to the level design team.
- Pitch engaging ideas or concepts for existing projects.
- Collaborate with the design team to create new content.
- Review and revise levels with the level design team.
- Tune levels based on analytics.
The successful candidate will have at least 1+ year of experience as a level designer or similar role on casual, puzzle, or F2P games, with shipped titles. Unity 3D experience is mandatory, along with expertise in developing games across platforms, including mobile, console, and PC.
Detailed-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or collaboratively, the ideal candidate will exhibit strong management and conflict resolution skills, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
As a key member of the team, the lead game designer will drive innovation and excellence in game design.
