We're seeking an Architect to join our team who will have the chance to showcase their design expertise and help shape outstanding architectural projects. As a key player in our team, you'll be responsible for driving successful project outcomes from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and preparing schematic designs, detailed architectural working drawings, and shop drawings that meet client requirements.
  • Collaborating with consultants and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Assisting the tender team in evaluating contractor estimates and quotations.
  • Overseeing the design and implementation of fit-out works to ensure alignment with design intent and quality standards.
  • Reviewing and evaluating contractors' progress billing statements.
  • Preparing as-built drawings based on actual site conditions and changes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field.
  • Licensed Architect with at least two years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling, cost estimation, site supervision, and project documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
