We are seeking an IT Application Support Professional with expertise in CargoWise One to join our team at Compliant Business Processing Philippines Inc.
About the JobThis role involves providing 2nd level support for transport management systems, specifically CargoSoft and CargoWise One. The successful candidate will have experience in administration, troubleshooting, and user training, and will be responsible for creating user documentation and advising specialist departments on the use of cargo management systems.
The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of forwarding processes and supply chain management, as well as experience in international ocean and air freight forwarding, preferably in one specialized area.
- Must be a graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, or any equivalent field.
- At least 3 years' experience in international ocean and air freight forwarding, preferably in one specialized area.
- Excellent knowledge of forwarding processes and supply chain management.
- Familiarity with common transport management systems such as CargoWise One is essential.
- Analytical, independent, and solution-oriented working style required.
- Very good written and spoken English skills.
