The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role in our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of up to 10 people, ensuring efficient inventory management, proper releasing and receiving of items, accurate inventory, and FIFO.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage warehouse day-to-day operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving.
  • Supervise a team of warehouse personnel, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • At least 3 years of straight experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in a related industry (electronics, construction, or hardware).
  • Experience with inventory management systems, such as scanning, tracking, and maintaining inventory management and inventory reconciliation.
  • Adept in Inventory Monitoring and People Management.
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to handle a team, and provide clear direction.
  • High attention to details and organized.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
