About Our Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in enhancing the efficiency of our specialist valuation practice.

Your primary responsibilities will include supporting project delivery, client management, and administrative workflows. This will involve coordinating calendars, setting up remote meetings, managing reminders, and facilitating follow-ups.

You will also be responsible for preparing and maintaining standardized templates for valuation reports, drafting initial sections, formatting documents, and compiling financial modeling data.

In addition, you will monitor and triage inquiries from prospective and current clients, draft standard responses, flag urgent items, and escalate as needed.

Furthermore, you will assist in gathering supporting materials needed for valuations, such as company financials, market benchmarks, comparable company data, and industry reports.

To succeed in this role, you will require exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. You should be highly proficient in MS Office, comfortable with CRM tools, and able to handle basic spreadsheet inputs.

A strong communicator with excellent written English skills is essential, as you will need to draft clear and professional correspondence and basic report content.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5 years supporting consultants, analysts, or project teams in a professional services or finance-adjacent environment.
  • Technical Aptitude: Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), comfortable with CRM tools, virtual meeting platforms, and handling basic spreadsheet inputs.
  • Communication: Strong written English capable of drafting clear, professional correspondence and basic report content.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional at multitasking, setting reminders, managing deadlines, and following up without oversight.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entries and document formatting; ability to critically check for consistency in reports.
