Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routing switches, telephony systems, and network protocols
  • Implement and oversee server patching processes to ensure all systems are up-to-date and secure
  • Configure and deploy IT machines to end-users, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime
  • Monitor and maintain Windows operating systems, including tasks such as SSH access, file manipulation, and CPU/memory monitoring
  • Administer Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Office applications
  • Handle ticketing systems for effective issue tracking and resolution
  • Manage Active Directory, including user and group management, domain controller configuration, group policy management, and troubleshooting
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT administration
  • Proficiency in routing switches and telephony systems
  • Familiarity with network protocols
  • At least 1 year of experience in server patching processes
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing Windows operating systems
  • At least 1 year of experience in configuring and managing Microsoft 365 applications
  • Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or ManageEngine ticketing tools
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Active Directory administration
  • Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), Revenue Management, key card systems, Building Management, HotSOS, Saflok, InnComm, etc., is a plus
