Job Title: Senior Software Developer

Job Description

As a seasoned software developer, you will be responsible for building and deploying innovative features that have a direct impact on our customers' lives. This role requires a strong understanding of full-stack web technologies and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive development squads to create high-quality software products
  • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and UX specialists to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Write automated tests for production code
  • Develop and maintain key components of web applications
  • Conduct testing and code reviews for yourself and colleagues
  • Mentor junior developers within your squad
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in software development or equivalent technical expertise
  • Familiarity with server-side and RESTful API development and integration
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Ruby, Python, or TypeScript
  • Experience implementing, maintaining, and deploying full-stack web technologies
  • A strong understanding of best practice software engineering processes, testing, and agile methodology
  • A team player who puts colleagues ahead of themselves and has a highly adaptable approach to work
  • Good verbal and written English skills
  • Passion for learning, sharing knowledge, and mentoring team members
