We are seeking a highly skilled Software Professional to join our global agile team. As a critical member of our team, you will play a key role in driving innovation in software development and technology.

Core Competencies (Must-have Competencies)
- 3-5 years of experience in software development, particularly backend tech stacks.
- 3-5 years of experience with at least one of the following: Java or Go.
- 3+ years of significant experience in Agile Development, DevOps, and Test Driven Design.
- At least 2 years of strong experience with unit testing, Test-Driven Development, code review, continuous integration, continuous delivery & DevOps practices.
- At least 1 year of experience working with cloud platforms, AWS.
- At least 2 years of strong experience with unit testing, Test-Driven Development, code review, continuous integration, continuous delivery & DevOps practices.
- 3+ years of significant experience in Agile Development, DevOps, and Test Driven Design.
- 3-5 years of experience with at least one of the following: Java or Go.
Complementary Competencies (Good-to-have Competencies)
- Solid knowledge of RESTful services and different architectures.
- Familiarity with version control and defect tracking tools like GIT and JIRA.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, effectively communicating with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with container environments, Docker.
- Experience working with cloud platforms, AWS.
- Familiarity with database management SQL/NoSQL and integrating databases with backend systems.
- A proactive mindset with a desire to continuously learn and improve.
