Content Strategy Leader

The Content Strategist will drive growth by creating high-performing ad creatives.

About the Position

This role requires a skilled Creative Content Strategist who can collaborate with design and media teams to develop effective campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing, expertise in producing user-generated content (UGC) video ads, and a strong understanding of paid platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with in-house teams to create static and video assets for paid campaigns
  • Source, brief, and manage UGC creators and agencies to deliver daily fresh content
  • Develop clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes
  • Maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across multiple platforms
  • Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance and iterate quickly
  • Stay ahead of UGC and short-form content trends to keep ads relevant and engaging
Essential Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing
  • Proven experience producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms and what makes content perform well
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams at once
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics
  • A team player who can collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance productivity and drive efficiency
