About This Role

TASQ is seeking a highly skilled Valuation and Assessment Specialist to join our team. As a Valuation and Assessment Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing reports from external service providers, conducting fieldwork, and performing valuations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze reports from external service providers
  • Conduct fieldwork and perform valuations as required
  • Assist the Product Manager in monitoring assignments and submitting reports
  • Provide technical support, training, and seminars to other departments and external service providers
  • Recommend process enhancements to improve VCID Systems and database
  • Perform other job-related projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS in Engineering
  • At least three (3) years of experience as a real estate property appraiser
  • Good oral and written communication skills in Filipino and English
  • Ability to deal effectively with people at all levels
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to quality output
  • Very good analytical skills
  • Able to multi-task, organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
