Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Retirement Specialist to join our team at Willis Towers Watson. As a key member of our consulting services, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality retirement solutions to our clients.

The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills and experience in actuarial valuation, plan design, and administration. You will work closely with our consultants to provide expert advice on retirement plans, including data preparation, assumption setting, and analysis of valuation results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to consultants in areas such as data preparation, validation & reconciliation, assumption setting, and actuarial valuation of retirement plans.
  • Prepare actuarial valuation reports for local funding and accounting standards purposes.
  • Drafting of plan rules, comparative plan summaries, and presentation materials.
  • Assist consultants in the presentation of results and may act as lead and client's main contact person within WTW.
