Job Title

We are seeking a senior accounting professional to provide administrative and accounting support to our growing finance team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
">
  1. Provide day-to-day accounting and administrative support to the Head of Finance
  2. Assist with monthly management reports, including analysis and commentary
  3. Support offshore team with supplier invoice processing and reconciliations
  4. Maintain and monitor the fixed asset register
  5. Assist with journal entries to ensure financial record accuracy
  6. Prepare and journal weekly payroll
">What It Takes to Succeed
  • Must have 5+ years of solid accounting experience, including multi-entity accounting
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and across multiple entities
  • Comfortable operating in a global environment with different currencies and time zones
  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal); prior global exposure valued
  • Team management and leadership experience is an advantage
  • Familiarity with NetSuite is ideal
  • Proficiency in payroll processing and awareness of current AI/automation trends in finance
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • A valid CPA license is a plus
