Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Management; comparable experience may be substituted

- Proficiency in Japanese is required
- Previous experience in Salesforce for case management is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Good understanding of financial services is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
