Facebook Advertising Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced advertising professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

This role requires a deep understanding of the Facebook advertising platform, audience targeting strategies, and campaign optimization techniques. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful Facebook ad campaigns and a strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies to achieve marketing objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct thorough audience research and develop targeted audience segments for ad campaigns.
  • Create and optimize Facebook ad campaigns, including ad copy, visuals, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, implementing A/B testing and other tactics to improve results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in a similar role within an agency specifically in Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads, and/or working in a paid social role.
  • Strong understanding and passion for social media advertising.
  • Proficient in using Facebook Business Manager and Facebook Ads Manager to implement, optimize, and analyze campaigns.
  • Able to build diverse audiences within Facebook Ads and aware of the Facebook pixel and how it is used.
  • Able to develop and implement paid strategies for clients across many industries that will result in a positive return on investment (ROI).
  • Great at communicating campaign performance and insights to the team.
  • Focused on delivering exceptional results for clients and helping them grow their business.
